PURPLE BRAND offers a 14-day return window for all premium denim and apparel, provided items are in their original condition with all signature hangtags and security seals intact. We strive to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as our design process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the PURPLE branded tags and security stickers have not been removed or tampered with.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
